I just got a new live TV box. And I programmed it on my TV, but now I don't know how to set my timer. Do I have a d11 box with rc65 remote control to enable my timer?

If your original TV remote control has a separate timer function, the Directv remote control will not control this function. If you need to enter the TV menu to set the timer, DirectV Remote will work on the TV by sliding the SW mode to the top of the DirectV remote, pressing the menu and you're done.
